The Meat TAX

Yep, that’s what they are proposing, a Meat Tax! A tax on Red Meat and Processed Meat. A Tax! Let’s just remind ourselves that this is the year 2018, and we are looking at being taxed on MEAT!!                                                                                  Top Hats and or a Bushy Moustache next week. But for now, Meat.

Ok, as always, there is going to be a debate, or alternative view as to why this is or isn’t a good idea. I’m going to tell you why this is Definitely NOT, a good idea. Once I have pointed this out you will see why this is 100% going to happen.

From time to time, well most days to be exact, I like to have a rant about things. This is a rant.                                                                                                                             I heard some statistics from “Experts” why this tax is necessary. According to the “Experts” there are some serious health issues regarding the consumption of Red meat and Processed meat. This in turn costs the NHS around £10 billion pounds per year. If a tax is imposed to off balance some of these costs, then it is beneficial to all of us,  especially tax payers, according to the “Experts”.

So what they are saying then, basically. Get tax payers to pay another tax and everyone is happy?……………. Does this make you happy??      NO, it frigging doesn’t!!                                 Let’s get this straight. The people who actually pay their taxes in this country, are being asked to pay a little more to eat Bacon, or Sausage, or Steak, or Mince Meat, or Processed Beef, or Processed Ham, etc, etc etc.

When I say a little more by the way, try a 79% price increase!! 79 Percent, maybe more.  This is yet another attack on the working class who are being plunged further towards poverty. This doesn’t affect the upper middle class, the rich, the elitist, the benefit fraudsters, the Legal foreigners living in this country who go back and visit what they call home at the end of the year and claim all paid taxes BACK! The endless number of business owners and some clever self employed who dodge paying hardly anything towards the up keep of this country.

No, No, again as usual, this shafts the working class who are worse off now than they have ever been. And I get that this rant, just makes all of those mentioned above laugh, as they feel they are better than the rest of us, and our suffering affords their lifestyle.

But listen up people, think about it. This tax idea is a Government idea. Who do you think came up with idea of processed meat for the masses, cheap bacon and sausages, cut price mince meat, bloated enhanced live stock, pesticides for crops that help them grow. Chemicals you wouldn’t dream of letting your kids any where near.

Who allowed the cheaper, alternative supermarkets into every town, killing off the local shops, including Butchers. You know, Butchers, the guys that can make bacon and sausage and ham and mince meat. So not processed then?  Remember them guys.

This tax by the way, will save around £2 billion pound. Some of which will be fed back to the farmers who will lose out due to lower sales. Of course, after Brexit the shops can buy their meat from anywhere, cheap. mmmmm Korean Dog Spam, delicious.

They haven’t told us yet what our quota for the week will be yet either. How many sausages will we be allowed each Sunday? From a health point of view, will shops only be allowed to sell you 1 pack of bacon per customer? I mean, you can only buy 2 packs of paracetamol at a time! Any more than that and you are at risk to your self. Unless you claim benefits and have one of them NHS free prescription passes, then they give you about 3000 a week of the damn things.

Are the rich allowed to buy 72 steaks if they want? Are you immune to the health issues if you can afford the taxes imposed? Will we see Tobacco style pictures on the packaging of pork based products? Harrowing sites of illness caused by the very food that has been convincingly sold to us by those who know best. A food by the way that has been eaten by Humans for thousands of years, in moderation I may add, with very few issues. How much meat do these people eat?? What is the average in this country?

I like a bacon sandwich on a Saturday. I may have bolognese (mince meat) one week. And because according to the experts, some fat bastard eats this 3 times a day, 7 days a week, I am suddenly being forced to pay 30 quid for a bacon sarnie???

Bullshit!! Utter Bullshit!! It’s just another step towards the crushing and elimination of the working man. The families who only just survive and have the privilege of working full time and a little bit more to achieve it.                                                                                  Yes, they need the working class at the moment. But as we enter more and more into the world of Artificial Intelligence, the less manual labour is required. This is a long term plan. Also, don’t forget Stem Cell Technology. Not long now, unless they are already there, before cattle as we know it will be redundant too. How many cows do you think they can get from a small glass jar? Thousands!!…….. Maybe. I don’t know. What I do know is this Meat Tax is GREED. It comes hand in hand with Power. When the lowest class has been saturated, it’s only natural to look at the next source of nutrition. Lower Middle Class folk should be a little worried by now!

greedy government
