Fate

fate   noun
The development of events outside a person’s control, regarded as predetermined by a supernatural power.
verb
Be destined to happen, turn out, or act in a particular way.                                                                      “The regime was fated to end badly”

That’s what the Dictionary describes as fate. But I think there is a misunderstanding as to what fate is. The very idea of believing in Fate can be very dangerous. The naivety of disregarding it can be delusional.
Those who solely believe in Fate may find themselves gliding through life with no intention of altering their course or being swayed from their beliefs. An almost invincible approach to the life they are living as what will be will be.
This does not create a bad person, no. But this does not create a great person either. We may well have a path to follow and many of us are following the same path, it’s what you do on that path that teaches us.

For those who believe they are in control of their own destiny and Fate has no control over their ability to carve out the future and life that they choose, consider this. Everything is inter connected! You are as much a part of everything else that exists as it is of you.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Whether you believe God created us or the Big Bang gave us life. At some point we were all one. In this ever expanding reality that we are part of we are all made of the same tiny piece of matter. So your action will have a reaction somewhere else.  For every action there is a reaction. Cause and Effect.                                                                                                                                                          The universal law of cause and effect states that for every effect there is a definite cause, likewise for every cause, there is a definite effect. Your thoughts, behaviours, and actions create specific effects that manifest and create your life as you know it.                                                                                                                                                                                               According to our cosmic law of cause and effect there is an equal and opposite reaction for every action, as a result of thoughts or that action derived from. … It is the intention behind the action that matters otherwise known as Karma.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Think of it like a racetrack. Fate is not a Scalextric or slot car track. You’re not a certain type of vehicle being guided from start to finish with the only control you have being at what speed you decide to reach the finish line. So long as you haven’t crashed off a bend because you didn’t realise you were the one with your foot on the gas.   Life is like a real racetrack. You can swerve left and right. Speed up, slow down. pull over or go for the win. You can play fair, cheat, crash, overtake or be overtaken. But the Fate of your eventual journey is the same for everyone. It’s the objective, and whilst some have learnt enough to win, others go round gathering experience.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Just remember, the finish line is only the end of that race! Everyone goes home after that and prepares for the next one!!
